The International Institute of Information Technology, a Deemed University, popularly known as IIIT-B, was established in 1999 with a vision to contribute to the IT world by focusing on education and research, entrepreneurship and innovation. The Institute is a registered not-for-profit society funded jointly by the Government of Karnataka and the IT industry. Since its inception, IIIT-B, with its unique model of education, research, and industry interaction, has grown in stature to become an institution of considerable repute in academic as well as corporate circles. The Institute works in partnership with the corporate sector, while retaining the freedom of an academic institution. It is inspired by other renowned institutions, and also strives to emulate an academic culture that is on par with the best international institutions.

The institute facilitates the Placement process each year for the benefit of its students. The Placement process covers both internship and full time employment (FTE). Since the founding of the Institute in 1999, IIITB has enjoyed 100% placement each year, on account of the strong support of the IT Industry and the growing base of talented alumni. The placement season, for both internship and FTE, usually opens in August / September, where the companies and the institute get in touch and eventually schedule a date for placements in the coming months.
I love the faculty over here.We have faculty from all over the world including MIT, IITs.All faculty members are PhD from well-known universities.We can select the subject based on our interest,and that will decide our specialisation later. Almost all the professors are connected to some company either in research or development.
Infrastructure is awesome here.The facilities are of top class.Wi-Fi is available 24/7,and classrooms are clean,the library contains most of the needed books to polish your skills in whichever subject you have taken.Medical facilities are available 24/7,sports and games are one of the best things which are present on this campus.Even a gym is available for students to work out and remain in good shape.Good college with all the facilities.
Soo many events are organised on the campus are foundation day,alumni day,infinite fest,and cultural fest.The festivals like Holi,Lohri,and Diwali are celebrated here.I enjoyed a lot here.I had a great time.College really good for enjoyment as well as academics.
College is good and the campus is very beautiful,with lots of greenery around.The faculty here is top notch with PhD from top universities of the world.The institute offers 6 research areas like data science,networking,computer science etc.The curriculum is flexible and can be planned as per the interest of the student.Though there are few mandatory courses for initial years.College also has tie-ups with leading organisations that have set up their labs in the college.Really good college to get practical knowledge.
I enjoyed a lot here we have an annual sports festival called Spandan.Its a three-day event and its really a chilled out event.Its an air-breather for both faculty and students.The good thing was that even faculty participated in the sports events.Then we celebrated Ganesha festival with full excitement and rigor.Also,there is Garba night during Navratri season.
Its really awesome place to study.World class infrastructure,knowledgebale faculties,Well equipped labs and highly recommended institute with remarkable placement achievements.Really good college.
This college is best for master courses.Especially for IT.We can sharpen our knowledge with the help of faculty.We got good exposure and we can get lot of practical knowledge.

Small campus,Good Infrastructure,more than 10 years old and still looks brand new.Excellent professors.Quality and standars of education are very good.In my opinion,this is the best place to study.

This college is simply good.The placements are very good for people who study and try to give hundred percent towards the studies.All the students have been placed in reputed companies in desirable domains.There is a lot of support from the alumni and the placement department.Reputation among companies is good.The infrastructure is very good.There are fully air-conditioned,smart classrooms,with projectors and podiums in each one of them.The labs are high end.There is a collection of curriculum books in the library is a little and are not up to the mark.Apart from that,hostel facilities are very good.The cleanliness is given utmost importance.Almost all the faculty are either Ph.D.or are prominent place holders in the industry. Teaching is top notch.Course curriculum is quite good.Though a bit of an update is required.But,feedback is taken from students,current and ex for constantly updating and refining the course structure.This is with respect to the Electronics stream,which is kind of new in this institution.But IT curriculum is very up to date.The fests are little to none.The campus and surroundings are peaceful and quiet.Specific clubs are there to carry out extracurricular activities inside the campus. Full support is provided if students are going somewhere else to compete or participate.Good college to study.
