The Placement Cell of Bhaktavatsalam Memorial College for Women operates as an interface between companies and students and assists in organizing the placement process in a systematic and efficient manner for long-term and mutually beneficial relationship. The college has an active Placement Cell which provides placement opportunities to the students by inviting corporates and consultants. The Placement Cell arranges and coordinates various programmes that aim in moulding the students on their abilities and aptitudes, strengths and weaknesses, fine tune presentation techniques and network with the BMC Alumni so as to meet the industry expectations in career building. The placement maintains an up-to-date database and job profile, recruitment pattern of the companies and thus helps each student to analyze and prepare to meet the industry expectations.
