The college is affiliated to Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai and recognized by the state government. Sree Sastha College of Nursing is approved by Indian Nursing Council (INC), New Delhi and Tamilnadu Nurses and Midwives Council, Chennai.
